Returns + Exchanges

Becker Supply Co offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return items must have all originals tags still in tact as well as original packaging when applicable.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Free return/exchange:

1. Please email hellooutdoors@beckersupplyco.com with your order number and whether you'd like to return or exchange.

2. We will email you a free return label.

3. Once we receive your product we will return or send your exchange.
