Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website beckersupplyco.com (the "Site") operated by Heeler LLC, doing business as Becker Supply Co. ("Heeler LLC," "Becker Supply Co.," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or signing up for our email or SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Overview

Becker Supply Co. sells apparel and related goods through the Site. Some products are made to order through print-on-demand production, while others are standard, in-stock items. Product listings will indicate or otherwise make clear how an item is fulfilled where relevant. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.
  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping, which will be calculated at checkout.
  • Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

4. Print-on-Demand Items

Some products on the Site are made to order. For these items:

  • Production and shipping times may vary and are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Minor variations in color, print placement, or garment fit may occur due to the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing.
  • Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Standard, in-stock items are not subject to production time and generally ship within our normal processing timeframe.

5. Shipping

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary by product and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Print-on-demand items are made to order and are final sale except in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Printing errors
  • Items damaged in transit
  • Items that do not match what was ordered

Standard, in-stock items may be returned or exchanged within [insert return window, e.g. 30 days] of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, unless otherwise noted on the product listing.

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, exchange, or refund, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery using the information in Section 14. We will review the request and determine an appropriate resolution.

7. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time we may offer discount codes, bundle deals, or other promotions. Promotions are valid only for the stated period and terms, cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

8. SMS and Email Marketing

If you opt in to receive marketing communications by email or SMS, those communications are governed by our Privacy Policy, which includes details on consent, opt-out, and message frequency. You can unsubscribe from email at any time via the link in our emails, and from SMS by replying STOP.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

The Site is built on and integrates with third-party platforms, including Shopify (e-commerce) and our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services, though we take reasonable steps to work with reputable providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heeler LLC / Becker Supply Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
